I dont normally write reviews unless something is 1 star or 5 star, and in this case, this app is unquestionably a 5 star for me. I am new to mediation, having half-heatedly tried once or twice over the years. I was looking for an app that would help a beginner learn to love meditation, and this app delivered. It has a simple clean interface and is very easy to use.
It also has excellent features. I love the "check in" feature where you rate your mental and physical state before and after meditating. This lets me easily track when I choose to meditate (eg Im feeling stressed) and how I feel after meditating. Seeing an improvement in my mood before and after really helps to keep me motivated to meditate. I also love the "hours mediated" counter, tracking how long in total youve spent meditating. Its encouraging to see the accumulation of time.
Overall, I highly recommend to anyone who is first starting to meditate, as it is a great introductory app! Thank you!
