I love this app so far, its very helpful! The only problem is that Ive been meditating every day for a while and its still telling me I have 0 daily streaks and no total meditation time. I dont know how to fix it...
I love this app. Its simple to use and great for a quick meditation almost anywhere.
I dont normally write reviews unless something is 1 star or 5 star, and in this case, this app is unquestionably a 5 star for me. I am new to mediation, having half-heatedly tried once or twice over the years. I was looking for an app that would help a beginner learn to love meditation, and this app delivered. It has a simple clean interface and is very easy to use.
It also has excellent features. I love the "check in" feature where you rate your mental and physical state before and after meditating. This lets me easily track when I choose to meditate (eg Im feeling stressed) and how I feel after meditating. Seeing an improvement in my mood before and after really helps to keep me motivated to meditate. I also love the "hours mediated" counter, tracking how long in total youve spent meditating. Its encouraging to see the accumulation of time.
Overall, I highly recommend to anyone who is first starting to meditate, as it is a great introductory app! Thank you!

I would like to point out that the UI designers did a great job on the app. All the colors are soothing and dull that adds to the experience. Love this App, not just for the functionality but for the design too.
Some bad moments
I like the design of the app and the tracking features (total time, emotions, etc). I just cant get over the voice for the guided meditations. It sounds too robotic. Deleting app.
This app has so much going for it, I keep giving it another chance, and yet another, and another... However I can not get over how utterly obnoxious the voice of the guide is. It sounds like a constipated person giving a high school presentation. It really goes against the mood. Im fairly sure one of those robot readers could do a better job than this. Whoever is giving the instructions has such a strain in their voice that they sound like they need to meditate way more than I do. Its so frustrating since this is the best meditation system out there, counting with the best text but I cant get over how infuriating the voice is. I end up having to use Calm or Headspace, which despite being inferior in pretty much every way to this app, still count with way more pleasant voices to do the narration. It saddens me to say this app is rendered useless to me the way it is.
Meditate to a female version of HAL... An adequate timer with a repetitive, monotone, cut and paste synthetic female voice. Good idea, very weak execution.
Initially I like this app- until I realized it rewards users with a virtual sticker for achieving meditation milestones such as completing a streak of 3. While it encourages meditation it creates a "gold sticker" which is incongruent with the whole purpose of the meditation itself. I found myself checking "progress" on my sticker collection instead of checking in with my emotions daily. I also purchased the kd lang pack- which was almost identical to the free meditation and when I complained they denied that they were the same. Within one of the meditations itself it mentions Doctors Without Borders. While I like the organization I believe it is unethical to use a tool like this to promote any kind of organization, plus using and promoting a celebrity... I think these people are missing the point. Maybe the makers of this app should try meditating for peace of mind instead of gold stars themselves before trying to be an example to others.
