ill be honest, i dont remember when i downloaded this app? i just had it on my phone. one day, i decided to use it, and surprisingly? its done wonders. using this app before bed (and sometimes during the day) has become apart of my daily routine. it helps out with my anxiety disorder a ton, and its generally helped me out in life. big props to the creators of this app! also, the stickers and illustrations are really cute.
