Pretty awesome
I’ve used the app for only two days so far, but I quite like it. It allows you to log your physical and mental state every day so that you can track the evolution of your physical and mental health over time. It has great built-in meditations, but it also has a “self-meditation timer” that you can use with your own meditation methods. I want to work my way up to longer daily Vipassana meditations, so that seems like the perfect app to build a habit starting with very short ones. Then I can keep using the app to track my health and meditation sessions. I love it.
